Transportation FAQs
1. What is needed in order for my student to ride another bus route they don't normally ride?
A parent must email Ms. Diaz stating the request. The request must be signed by administration. *This all depends if the bus route is a high volume bus*
2. Is there a cutoff time for dismissal changes?
All dismissal changes must be reported to the main office by 3:30 PM to ensure your student receives the message.
Carpool & Traffic Flow
To help keep everyone safe and our day running smoothly, please follow these important carpool guidelines.
Pomona is a One-Way Street During Carpool
For both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, Pomona Road becomes a one-way street.
- Enter from the Midway Road side (NOT from Lovers Lane).
- Lovers Lane is reserved for school buses only.

Doors open: 8:05 AM
Doors open: 8:05 AM
Dismissal begins: 3:55 PM
Tips for a Smooth Carpool Line
- Always pull all the way forward before stopping to drop off or pick up your child.
- Parent parking is available near the dog park during carpool hours.
- Please stay in your vehicle to keep the line moving efficiently.

- Do not park on lawns, easements, or gravel areas.
- Drive slowly and carefully.
